How do I modify/change a booking?
Please call us on +91-9243778005, we will help you to modify your booking.
How ever modification is possible only upto 4 hours from the reporting time. If you need to modify the booking less than 3 hours from the reporting time, we need to cancel the earlier booking and make a fresh one.
How do I cancel the booking and what are the charges?
For cancellations please call +91-9243778005. We would need the booking id for assisting you on this.
If the booking is cancelled 3 hours prior to the reporting time there are NO CANCELLATION CHARGES.
If the cancellation is done beyond the 3 hours time frame a cancellation charge as mentioned below will apply.
- For airport transfer and local usage – 50% of the amount paid
- For outstation usages – Rs. 250.00
- Balance amount will be refunded to the card account which has been used while making the payment.
If there is a NO show (the customer does not turn up) No refund is applicable.
What should I do if the chauffeur does not turn up?
Please call us at +91-9243778005 and we will assist you in finding the chauffeur, we will make all efforts to arrange a replacement during such exigencies.
We advise you to call up the chauffeur (number provided by cabs24x7.com) to make sure that he is arriving at the right time and you know of any delays if there may be.
How late can I book?
For making an online booking you need to allow 3 hours for us to enable confirm the booking. In case of emergency requirements you may call us on +91-9243778005 and we shall assist you in confirming the reservations (based on availability).
How early can I book?
You can book your cab 60 days in advance.
The city I want a car is not in your list, what should I do?

How much do I have to pay?
You have an option to pay a part amount (booking fee) which is displayed at the time of making the booking and pay the balance amount in cash to the chauffeur. You are required to take the receipt for the money paid from the chauffeur. A receipt for the booking amount paid online will reach you on your email id.
You also have the option of paying the entire amount online and will get the receipt on email. Any excess usage than the estimated amount can be paid to the chauffeur directly in cash.
Are there any other charges I have to pay?
There are no other additional charges. The amount shown to you is in inclusive of service tax(4.94%). If you chose to pay a part amount, note that the applicable service tax amount has to be paid to the operator for the money you pay them.
Any toll, parking, inter state taxes and any other incidental costs have to be borne by the customer directly.
What are the other terms and conditions?
- Hours and kms are calculated FROM & TO the operators office
- Extra hours and extra kms are both charged separately and independently
- After the base slab (the first slab applicable – 4 hours 40 kms in most cases) next slab rate applies, i.e. if the usage is 5 hours, 8 hours 80 kms slab rate will be charged.
How is outstation usages charged?
- Minimum 250 kms per calendar day is charged @ rate per km applicable for the car type.
- Driver allowance per calendar day is charged which is in the range of Rs. 200 to 350 per day.
- If the driver drives the car beyond 10pm night allowance is charged extra
Is online payment through cabs24x7.com secure?
We secure your information by using 128 bit encryption certificate. So it is absolutely safe. The charges are processed through Techprocess secure payment gateway which is Verisign certified.
